Nice to meet you. I’m Rob. I am a management consultant, focusing on change, and deeply skilled in technology.

Clients hire me when they have real problems they really need to solve. If you want business-as-usual, or to maintain appearances, I’m not your guy. I won’t impose my preconceptions upon you, or use the latest techniques or technologies just because they’re impressive or fun. I’ll use what works, and adjust when it doesn’t. And do that—always—with your best interests in mind, and at heart. My insight and empathy allow me to align very closely with your goals, which ensures that the approach I use really fits and really works to your best interests.
That, plus my expertise with everything from low-level technology all the way to organisational change give me a broad range of solutions to choose from. Not just breadth: depth. Years of working on formidable projects all over the world demanded it.
Lastly, ingenuity. My ability to adjust, on-the-fly, creating new approaches where necessary, ‘coz one size doesn’t fit all.
