David Rock’s SCARF model is useful when thinking about change. This is a link to his original article from NeuroLeadership Journal 2008.
Our Iceberg is Melting by John Kotter – A nice simple overview of Kotter’s approach. If you can stomach books like Who Moved My Cheese, then this is an easy read.
A Sense of Urgency by John Kotter – An updated version of the well-received The Heart of Change.
